Unfortunately, not all venues share our enthusiasm for our four-legged friends. So, we carefully select locations that are dog-friendly. The cost of tasting is included in all Signature Wine Tours
Our Signature Wine Tour usually begins at 9.45am and ends around 4.30pm. Timings may depend on the size of your group, as well as the distance from your pick-up and drop-off location.
We have a range of vehicles and venues at our disposal and can accommodate groups of all sizes. Contact the team to discuss your needs.

Given the number of outdoor spaces we visit, bad weather may occasionally necessitate an impromptu variation to your itinerary.

More broadly, we’re always updating the options available to our guests, as we discover incredible new tastes, unique venues and exciting experiences.

Venues typically charge a per person tasting fee, in return for the opportunity to sample their range of wine, beers and spirits.

The average fee for the venues we visit on the Signature Tour are $10 to $30 per person, depending on the nature of the experience.

If you elect to use our Create Your Own service, your tasting fees will be in addition to the tour cost. Because tasting fees vary greatly, we can quote you once the vineyards you’d like to visit have been selected.

Lunch aside, our Signature Wine Tour includes all information, drinks and, as appropriate, food in the tour cost. You will also have an opportunity to purchase additional drinks, should you wish to do so.

We’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Hunter Wine Country, or adjacent areas (within a 25-minute drive of Pokolbin), bright and early on the morning of your tour. Pick up from Maitland, Northern Central Coast and Lake Macquarie may be arranged with sufficient notice, and for an additional charge. Please note, we do not pick up from Sydney.

If you’re travelling from outside the area on the morning of your booking, please let us know. Our tours are carefully timed to ensure you get the most out of your experience, so delays could necessitate a schedule change.

Generally we will invoice you for the full amount however if you would prefer to pay a deposit only, please request this and we will generally accommodate if possible.

We have a team of Hunter Valley wine enthusiasts carefully cultivating our unique itineraries. We combine our local knowledge and tour experience with your needs and wants, to create the perfect excursion.

Whether you want us to design an end-to-end schedule, or work with us to create your own, we’re always happy to help.

As all tastings are pre-booked, and itineraries carefully planned and timed, it’s important we arrive punctually at your chosen venues.

Absolutely! The joy of providing private, customised tours is that we can create the perfect experience for your needs. That means non-drinkers can join the fun for just $59pp and under 18s at a cost of $39pp. There is no charge for children under 13 years of age or pets.

Ask us for our family-friendly tour recommendations, and we’ll find the best options to entertain your little (and bigger) ones, so you can relax and enjoy your Hunter Valley experience.

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles for our wine tours. However, I recommend reaching out to the Hunter Valley Visitor Centre (link – https://www.winecountry.com.au/plan-1/hunter-valley-visitor-information-centre) as they can provide information and assistance regarding accessible tours in the area.

A maximum of 2 dogs and 8 people can fit comfortably and safely in our pet-friendly vehicle. Dogs must stay on the lead at all times during the tour, unless specifically invited to be off-lead by venue staff. Grape to Glass will provide restraints that attach to the seatbelt and to your dog’s harness/collar.

Please note all dogs over 5kg in weight must wear a harness for travel. This is for their own safety and the safety of other passengers. Dogs must be well socialised around both people and other dogs, and suitable to travel in the van. Grape to Glass reserves the right to stop a tour at any time, should the dog’s conduct become unsafe. Payment of your deposit is considered agreement with these terms and conditions.
